The Lightweight 80gram Tonar Misty record  clamp is the perfect alternative if a "hockey puck record  puck" is too heavy for your turntable.Ideal to flatten warped records & Sound improvement for all turntables  
 
The sound performance of a vinyl playback system can be significantly improved when all unwanted resonances between the record and the platter can be reduced during playback. Enter record clamps and pucks; simple devices which are designed solely to ensure the record and platter surfaces are held together tightly.

The Tonar clamp is made of the highest quality materials, with great attention to detail, to ensure the best protection of vinyl records and at the same time to ensure the most optimal adhesion of vinyl to the slip mat / plate. Thanks to the ideal pressure on the LP and the plate, the Tonar stabilizer ensures that the turntable needle has sufficient contact with the groove, and thus also the correct sound reproduction without interference, noise and reduced level of detail. The required contact pressure can be precisely set using the aluminum rotary knob. Due to its low weight, the plate clamp, unlike turntable weights, is more gentle on sensitive bearings.
